Hi guys,

It's time to exercise control over our lives by carefully choosing what we take not only into our mouths, but our minds. Eating nowadays can not be a casual decision. In the past we could pick fruit from a tree and not worry about the health care implications. Today we practically need a dictionary to decipher the contents of a product.

If we want to live a long and quality life if is incumbent upon us to be more discerning. Advertisers spend millions of dollars annually trying to figure out how they can package a food product so that we will buy it. We have to be wise and not buy food that initially appeals to our senses, but later causes us pain, high medical bills and poor health.

One of the best gifts we can pass on to our offspring is the ability to read, comprehend, decipher and make appropriate decisions based on that analysis that promote life. Let's empower the next generation to use these life skills so that they can leave a footprint that enhances the quality of life for generations yet unborn. When we collectively do this, then we truly will be Winners at life.

Stay Blessed!
Joyce
