I couldn't get enough of Kerri, her comedy is infectious so I will share another one of her clips today. I'm sure you like me could benefit from a good laugh that's guaranteed to raise your endorphin level. And it will not cost you a thing, just a click of the mouse below. If you combine it with a walk in the park, an uplifting song, meditation, some fruits and vegetables and a little Quaker Oatmeal you may be able to throw away your bottles of statins and antedepressants.(hmmm) It works for me- let me know what you think.
