Ruby Tuesday Bella Turkey Burger

1,145 calories
71 g fat
56 g carbs

We chose this burger for more than its calorie payload: Its name implies that it's healthy.

The Truly Healthy Choice: Skip burgers entirely (few at Ruby Tuesday come in under 1,000 calories). Instead, order a 9-ounce sirloin with a side of steamed vegetables.

TGIF guys,
Can you believe this guys- 1,145 calories, and that’s only for one meal! They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Take a look at this video below and I think it will give you some insight into why the Standard American Diet is SAD.
I hope it will convince you that we must be proactive when it comes to what we eat. I think you will be amazed by how we are subtly affected by advertisers, commercials and packaging. There is a reason why the average American waistline is growing larger and consequently why our health is declining as a nation

Yes, this is a beautiful world filled with wonderful, delicious foods. The choice is ours- we must exercise wisdom and choose to live a healthy lifestyle. The extra time we take to eat right, exercise will have great dividends in the end. Our bodies are not designed to be abused or mistreated. Eventually they will rebel in the form of sickness or disease. Let’s commit to make good choices so that we can be Winners at life!

Stay Blessed!
